Once your brand vision is ready, it’s time to bring that vision into the real world. This is where the Execution phase comes in—taking all the carefully crafted elements and transforming them into tangible assets that your target audience can experience.
The Execution phase is where your property brand moves from concept to reality. It’s the point in the process where we produce final deliverables and begin launching your brand into the world.
For property branding, this could include:
Brochures showcasing the property’s features
Business cards for property representatives
Social media content to build an online presence
Branded templates for consistent communication (floor plans, site plans, tenant flyers, etc.)
Signage to carry your brand throughout the property
Interior and exterior branding elements like murals or locker wraps
Property website with unit availability and essential info
In short, the Execution phase covers everything that brings your property brand to life in a way that’s cohesive and impactful. Watching these elements come together and seeing the property’s identity take shape in the public eye is one of the most exciting parts of what we do.
We treat the Execution phase as its own project, complete with a separate proposal and a kickoff meeting to ensure everyone is aligned on goals, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and priorities. Having clarity upfront is especially important for projects like property websites, which can take weeks of preparation before design even begins.
Once we have a solid plan, we dive into the creative side of things, developing ideas and exploring designs for each deliverable. We then present these concepts to you, along with production specs, and you’ll provide your team’s consolidated feedback. We call this a “round.”
This cycle of presentation, feedback, and revision continues until all designs are approved or a set number of revision rounds have been completed. With final approval, we move into production. For print materials, we collaborate with trusted vendors to ensure quality. For digital projects, like property websites, we work with developers to ensure a smooth launch.
